TotalEnergies welcomes partner and customer in Bifrost CCS Project

TotalEnergies E&P Denmark has signed a Farm-Down Agreement with CarbonVault (SCHWENK) and Nordsøfonden to operate the Bifrost CCS project, taking a 45% stake while CarbonVault holds 35% and Nordsøfonden 20%. The Bifrost project comprises two offshore CO2 storage licenses about 200 km west of the Danish coast; the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Wright State wins $3M NSF grant for recyclofacturing

Wright State professors Sean and Natasha Banerjee received nearly $3 million from the National Science Foundation to develop “recyclofacturing,” an AI-driven system to turn scrap metal into specified parts over a four-year project. The effort, led by Wright State with partners Santa Clara University, Chapman University and Clarkson University, will procure equipment, involve students, and publish a public blueprint at project end.
